Payment Terms and Conditions

These Payment Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") outline the payment policies and procedures for goods and services provided by CNC3D Pty Ltd, an Australian business entity, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). By making a purchase or engaging in a transaction with CNC3D Pty Ltd, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices for goods and services offered by CNC3D Pty Ltd are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
​
All payment transactions are processed in AUD.
​
Prices shown in a currency other than AUD may change frequently dependent on the daily exchange rate.
CNC3D are not responsible for any discrepancies between the conversion rates, or, any international transaction fee's that may apply.

Purchase Orders: CNC3D Pty Ltd does not accept purchase orders. All orders must be placed and paid for using the accepted payment methods as listed in Section 1. under Payment Methods.

Installments / Deposits (CNC Machine orders ONLY):
If you prefer to pay for your CNC machine order via direct debit, or wish to pay in installments, simply complete the quote request form found at www.cnc3d.com.au/quote
We will send you an invoice via email with payment instructions.
Terms & Condition's:
- Minimum Deposit of 50% required
- All deposits are non refundable
- Only available for CNC3D Machine orders over $4000
- Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received
- Title of goods remain the property of CNC3D Pty Ltd until the invoice is paid in full.

Gift Card Usage: When making a purchase, customers can choose to use a gift card for payment. If the value of the purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, they can use an additional payment method for the remaining amount.
Each transaction is limited to the use of one gift card only. This means that customers can use one gift card to make a purchase in a single transaction.
In exceptional cases where customers may have multiple gift cards, our sales team is available to assist. However, combining multiple gift cards in a single transaction may be subject to specific conditions and approval.

Export Orders: For export orders, GST will not be charged. However, customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees in their destination country.
​
Some country's may require you (the importer) to have your own customs client code - please contact your local customs office for more information.
CNC3D is unable to offer any guidance or information regarding potential import duties or fees. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local border force or relevant authorities.

Procuret Finance payments:
Procuret exclusively offers business-to-business finance services. To begin a finance application, please fill out the quote form available HERE. After submitting, you will receive an invoice and a link to apply for financing. Applications must be completed by a Director or Shareholder
* Procuret installment plans are subject to terms and credit eligibility criteria.

Procuret handles and manages all aspects of the financing process directly.
​
CNC3D is not accountable for any interest charged, collection processes, defaults, deferrals, or hardship requests. These matters are solely managed by Procuret's team located in Sydney.

2. Payment Terms

Payment Due Date: Payment for goods and services is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing.
​
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received. Title of goods remain the property of CNC3D Pty Ltd until this invoice is paid in full.

Please note: CNC3D does not offer any discounts to pensioners, retired veterans or current enlisted persons. Our pricing policy is designed to be fair and consistent for all customers, ensuring that we adhere to legal and ethical standards.

3. Refunds and Returns
​
Refunds: CNC3D Pty Ltd complies with ACL regarding consumer guarantees. If a product or service is found to be faulty, not as described, or does not meet the consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement as per ACL requirements.

Returns: If the return a product is required, you must do so within a reasonable time, and the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
