I have just assembled an Oxgear 1500 X1000 for our local Men's Shed and am running it through a CNC xPRO V5 and CNC3D Commander to do the actual driving. Everything works as expected but when I try to jog all the axes move in the right direction but instead of a 10mm move it travels 100mm. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Please keep in mind I not long ago celebrated my 75th birthday so please keep it simple.😊

Some users have reported that in for changes to be committed you must power cycle your xPRO V5 to save the settings. Please try changing the settings, committing and then power cycling your xPRO
Had another go this morning and all seems well so far. Thanks for all the help. The biggest problem the Oxgear is a hybrid machine. X axis is belt driven, the Y axis is rack and pinion and the Z axis is leadscrew. But all seems well now.
More than likely your steps per millimeter may be incorrect. Check your steps per millimeter in the "Measurements" tab of Commander.
Logically, If you asked for 10mm and got 100mm then the value of steps per millimeter should be a 10th of the current value.
I hope this helps!
