Presenting a high precision Digital dial gauge for your CNC, office or workshop. We have tested these units out quite thoroughly and very impressed with the results.

These can be used in pairs to super accurately tram a spindle or line up linear rails precisely.
 
With a tolerance of 0.001mm and a travel distance of 0-12.7mm they truly are a versatile and precise measuring tool.

Please Note: This gauge does not include mounting brackets on the back or body of the unit.

For optimal accuracy, we recommend using a holder base that attaches to the stalk just below the main dial body. This method ensures a more precise grip on the upper steel stalk rather than the plastic rear housing.

If you’re using this gauge for tramming your CNC machine, and you have access to a 3D printer, consider printing a Tram Jig for enhanced precision.
