ATC Tool setter probe with air duster

 
These commercial/industrial grade tool setting probes with air duster built in are designed for use with commercial CNC machines that feature automatic tool changers.
 
The air dusters purpose is to clean off any swarf from endmills that have just finished a job or just before the cutter is about to be used and the touch sensor is designed to perfectly set the tool tip Z axis height for either starting a job or for after cutting.
 
These probes feature 2 sensors internally, one is designed for setting the probe height, the other switch is further past the travel of the first touch sensor and is designed for connecting to an emergency stop in the event the first switch fails.
 
Please carefully see the wiring diagram and switch types inthe diagram of the photo listing to determine if this probe will be suitable for your machine.
 
The air duster requires an air line and solenoid to work, typically, you can use the same air supply that is used by your ATC system. 
 
NOTE: This probe is NOT designed for use with a Nighthawk CNC controller entirely due to it's NC E-stop contact. If just using the probe switch, it should work fine.
