4F Roughing end mill (Soft Alloys)

These 4 flute roughing endmills are made from solid carbide and have a HRC55 coating. They are designed to quickly cut through alloys and are suited well to peripheral or edge milling at a high feed rate and moderate depth of cut. 
 
Recommended for
Alloys up to HRC55
 
Please Note
The finish left by these end mills may require a clean up pass with a regular Up cut end mill in order to leave a clean surface finish. 
 
Please be aware that the 8mm variants of these endmills will not fit in an ER11 collet such as those that are standard with a CNC3D QueenBee or QB2 machine. The maximum size cutting bit that will fit in your ER11 collet is 7mm.
